• Possession timelines are estimated and subject to regulatory approvals, weather conditions, force majeure, and other factors beyond our control.

4. RERA Compliance

All projects developed by Shree Ganesh Realty are registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Key compliance details:

• RERA registration numbers for each project are available on the respective project detail pages on this website.
• Buyers can verify registration details on the official Rajasthan RERA website (rera.rajasthan.gov.in).
• All advertising, marketing, and sales activities comply with RERA guidelines and regulations.
• The Company maintains a separate RERA-designated bank account for each project as mandated by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, architectural renders, icons, audio, video, software, and design layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Ganesh Realty and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Booking & Payment Terms

The following terms apply to all property bookings made through Shree Ganesh Realty:

1. A booking amount (token amount) is required to reserve a unit. This amount is specified at the time of booking and is subject to the Company's cancellation policy.
2. The booking is provisional until a formal Agreement to Sale is executed between the buyer and the Company.
3. Payment schedules will be provided in the allotment letter and must be adhered to strictly. Delays may attract interest as per the agreement terms.
4. All payments must be made through official banking channels (cheque, NEFT/RTGS, demand draft). Cash payments are not accepted.
5. GST and other applicable taxes are payable as per prevailing government regulations and are in addition to the base price.
6. Stamp duty, registration charges, and other statutory costs are borne by the buyer.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office or via email at cancellations@shreeganeshrealty.com.
• If cancelled within 15 days of booking: Full refund of the booking amount (minus applicable processing fee of ₹10,000).
• If cancelled between 15–60 days: 90% refund of the booking amount.
• If cancelled after 60 days: Refund as per the terms of the executed Agreement to Sale.
• Refunds are processed within 45 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
• Any promotional discounts or offers availed at the time of booking will be forfeited upon cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Shree Ganesh Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the website.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on information presented on this website without independent verification.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shree Ganesh Realty, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
